If you’re an architect or building designer and the project you’ve been working on for so long has finished or is nearly finished you’ve probably been thinking about getting some photos to add to your portfolio.
Photography describes your brand and the work you do to your existing and potential customers. Quality architecture photography is the foundation for your marketing endeavours and can take your brand to the next level.
You might have tried taking photos yourself or asked a friend to do it or you’ve considered using a cheap photographer you’ve found somewhere, however professional photos will showcase your work in a far better light and earn you far more credibility.
Since your work is going to have to be displayed in some manner whether that’s on your website, social media or when pitching for work, then that presence is going to have to be good, better than good even!
I photograph using professional level Canon cameras and a variety of lenses including a tilt shift lens which is designed specifically for high end real estate photography. Generally I’ll work with available ambient light but will introduce flash and strobe lights when needed. I always take multiple exposure of the same image and hand blend these in Photoshop.
